Kite Making Competition

Preamble: – Department of Library & Information Science of Swami Vivekanand College of Commerce Bori Goa organized Kite Making Competition.

Participants: – Students of College.

Description: – The College Library through the NDLI club conducted Kite Making Competition on the occasion of Makar Sankranti on 14th January 2023. It is believed that the kite festival on the occasion of Makar Sankranti is marking the arrival of spring. The Extension service of the library is to encourage students to maintain the culture of India and create awareness of the traditions which our new generation is in childhood. There was an overwhelming response from students as they enjoyed making the kites.
